Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship all orders with bpost within Belgium.
- Delivery time: Estimated at 3 to 4 working days after your order is shipped.
- Shipping confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your box leaves our warehouse.
- Shipping fees: Shipping costs are included in the product price, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, reshipping costs are your responsibility.
Delays
We’re a small, independent business and do our best to ship your box quickly.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days after dispatch.
Occasionally, small delays may occur due to:
- Supply chain issues
- Personal circumstances (e.g. illness or emergencies)
- Third-party logistics (bpost delays, strikes, etc.)
Once your box leaves our hands, responsibility shifts to bpost. We’ll support you in tracking your order but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
If a significant delay occurs, we’ll communicate openly and may include a small thank-you gesture in your next box.
Delivery zone
We currently ship to Belgium only.
For other countries, please contact us. International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import fees where applicable.
